We at TERN acknowledge the Traditional Owners and Custodians throughout Australia, New Zealand and all nations. We honour their profound connections to land, water, biodiversity and culture and pay our respects to their Elders past, present and emerging. This project was funded by the Queensland Department of Employment, Economic Development and Innovation (DEEDI) and Department of Industry, Innovation, Science, Research and Tertiary Education (DIISRTE)
Purpose
This data is sampled to provide baseline water quality in the Robson Creek Rainforest site.
Lineage
Water quality data was collected using a logging multi-parameter Sonde (Exo-2, YSI, USA) located on site at 692m above sea level under Robson Creek bridge. The sensor is equipped with copper anti-foulant devices and is housed in a stainless-steel enclosure to prevent damage during floods. Checks on the calibration of the Sonde sensors were carried out at least every 6 months.
