This release consists of flux tower measurements of the exchange of energy and mass between the surface and the atmospheric boundary-layer using eddy covariance techniques. Data were processed using PyFluxPro as described by Isaac et al. (2017) for the quality control and post-processing steps. The final, gap-filled product containing Net Ecosystem Exchange (NEE) partitioned into Gross Primary Productivity (GPP) and Ecosystem Respiration (ER) has been produced using the ONEFlux software as described in Pastorello et al. (2020).
The site is a cropland with MAP of ~517mm and MAT of ~16 degrees C and was commissioned on the 2024-09-11. The site is currently managed by the University of Melbourne.
This is the Dookie 1 Flux tower data release of the three towers in the Site.

Purpose
The Dookie site was established to study the long-term trials of Drought Resilient Farming Practices Program. Investigating the impact of continuous and dual-purpose crops to make the farming system more resilience and profitable.
Lineage
Data collected using standard eddy covariance and meteorological instrumentation at the Dookie 1 site. The data were quality controlled using the PyFluxPro software package, see Isaac et al. (2017), which is available at
